ADVANS Group is seeking experienced DevOps Engineers for our Lisbon offices. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Lisbon. You will design, deploy, and optimize CI/CD platforms, automate infrastructures, and collaborate with embedded and application teams.

Expect to mentor juniors, promote best practices, and drive improvements in security and deployment efficiency. English proficiency is essential for this international team.

Qualificações

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of hands-on Linux/Unix administration and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Docker experience including image creation and optimization best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools/platforms and principles.
• Experience with running production workloads (monitoring, capacity planning, deployments, debugging).
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, manage, and optimize CI/CD platforms for clients in various technical frameworks.
• Develop solutions to supervise, automate, improve performance and scalability of infrastructures.
• Support the use of these platforms by ensuring good handling by developers and adherence to best practices.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve quality, development time and security of projects.
• Conduct detailed monitoring of progress and innovations around DevOps and DevSecOps.
• Collaborate with embedded and application development teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues and encourage their growth and knowledge.
