We are serious about Tech. We are problem-solvers with big ambitions, keeping a people-first mindset at the core of our work. We prioritise flexibility as we strive to deliver the best technological products and tackle the greatest industry challenges.

Recognising that everyone brings their own strengths, backgrounds and new perspectives, we empower you to be yourself. That uniqueness shapes the culture of belonging we are so proud of.

The Role

As a DevOps Engineer you’ll help build and maintain the infrastructure and internal tooling that empower our teams. Your focus is on delivering secure, scalable, developer‑friendly platform capabilities that speed up delivery while improving reliability and operational efficiency.

You’ll work alongside engineers and cross‑functional teams to evolve our core platform - touching deployment workflows, observability, data services, and networking. This role is hands‑on: you’ll write code, automate processes, and steadily deepen your systems knowledge, while contributing ideas that move the platform forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Implementing platform features that improve scalability, security, and reliability across our systems.
  • Developing reusable, self-service components (e.g., Helm charts, Terraform modules) that abstract complexity and boost developer productivity.
  • Writing maintainable code and IaC to ensure changes are repeatable and auditable.
  • Collaborating with product, security, and operations to refine requirements and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Contributing to design and architecture reviews to ensure long-term maintainability and resiliency.
  • Participating in incident response and post-incident reviews and helping to turn findings into platform improvements.
  • Championing best practices in automation, observability, and secure-by-default infrastructure.
  • Learning from and mentoring peers - sharing knowledge, pairing on tough problems, and fostering a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
  • Practical familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, containerization, Terraform, and at least one configuration management tool (e.g., Ansible).
  • A sound understanding of distributed system fundamentals and modern software engineering practices.
  • Experience implementing or extending CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability tooling, or other internal platform capabilities.
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and iterative improvement.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities: comfortable working across teams and disciplines.
  • A growth mindset and passion for building developer-friendly, scalable systems.

A Sneak Peek Into Our Tech Stack

  • AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Vault, Datadog and PagerDuty
