DevOps Engineer (Remote)

Overview / Summary: We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team, supporting the development and deployment of scalable software solutions. This Engineer has to have hands‑on experience in CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms, and will play a key role in optimizing infrastructure and deployment processes.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Implement and maintain CI/CD and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support cloud infrastructure management and deployment processes.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• +2 years of previous experience in similar roles.
• Experience with CI/CD and related practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Complementary Requirements:

• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience Bash, Python, Java.
• Experience with GitLab, Argo CD, Velero, AKS, OpenShift, and cloud backups.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud providers.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and scaling the cloud infrastructure behind a mission‑critical platform used by millions worldwide. You’ll architect and automate AWS‑based systems, build self‑service tools that empower developers, and ensure reliability across complex, distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal self‑service platforms and automation tools.
• Design scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, or Argo.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Monitor and improve system performance and reliability (meeting SLA targets).
• Proactively research and implement new DevOps tools and approaches.
• Document systems and mentor peers on new tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
• Deep, hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud‑native services.
• Strong background in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt).
• Proven experience designing automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.).
• Collaborative, curious mindset and passion for improving developer productivity.
• Fluent in English.
