Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our cross-functional teams. You will design, implement, and maintain IaC with Ansible and Terraform, and develop robust CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitLab CI/CD to accelerate software delivery.

You will work with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, and Kubernetes ecosystem tools like Argo CD and Vault, plus Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring, in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Senior DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in automation and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with Ansible and Terraform, strong Git and GitLab CI/CD experience.
• Solid administration on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes tools (Argo CD, Vault) and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with DevSecOps tooling.
• Mandatory French communication skills at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Alignment with corporate culture, integrity and ethics valued.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation and daily commitment.
