EY in Lisbon is seeking a Developer to join Technology Consulting Financial Services. You will work on full software development life cycle, building scalable solutions for financial institutions and collaborating with analysts, architects, and project managers in a dynamic, international environment.

You will design, develop and deploy backend and/or frontend components, implement tests, support CI/CD, and contribute to documentation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1-5 years of professional experience in software development (depending on seniority level).
• Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain scalable and high-performance applications.
• Develop backend and/or frontend components following best development practices.
• Produce clean, efficient and reusable code.
• Support application integration activities across multiple systems and platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
• Support defect analysis, troubleshooting and bug fixing activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security and performance standards.
• Contribute to the implementation of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support solution deployment and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
