act digital is seeking an experienced React/Next.js/NestJS Developer to join a long-term project with a leading international organisation. You will build modern, scalable web applications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Lisbon, Portugal.

The role requires 5+ years with React, 3+ years with Next.js and NestJS, strong communication skills, and English at C1 level or above. Hybrid work with some onsite days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Build scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions following best development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the evolution of the application landscape.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with React, 3+ years of experience with Next.js and NestJS
• Strong experience developing and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international environments
• English proficiency at C1 level or above

• Experience with Java
• Experience with Angular
• Location: Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra
• Hybrid working model (minimum one day per week onsite)
