Act Digital is seeking an experienced React / Next.js / NestJS Developer to join a long-term project with an international client. The role focuses on building modern, scalable web applications and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with React, 3+ years with Next.js and NestJS, strong experience in enterprise-grade web apps, and excellent English (C1 or higher). Hybrid work model in Portugal with at least one day onsite per week.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy building modern, scalable applications and working within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Build scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions following best development practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the evolution of the application landscape.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with React, 3+ years of experience with Next.js and NestJS
• Strong experience developing and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international environments
• English proficiency at C1 level or above

• Experience with Java
• Experience with Angular

Project Details

• Location: Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra
