Zumub is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to shape and elevate our brand across print, digital and physical channels. You will drive brand identity and create compelling assets for social, web, packaging and merchandise, including motion graphics and 3D visuals.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio across media, and fluency in Portuguese and English. A hybrid work option may be available after training, with on-site work in Cacém – Sintra, Portugal.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on multidisciplinary design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Portfolio showcasing print, packaging, digital assets, motion graphics and 3D visuals.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Intermediate After Effects or Premiere Pro for animation.
• Experience with Blender, Dimension or Substance for 3D renders.
• Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.

"Join our innovative team as a Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing Zumub's brand identity through your creative expertise.ROLE:We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Brand Designer to join our creative team. We are seeking a professional with the technical expertise and creative versatility to work fluidly across physical and digital environments, static and animated media, delivering outstanding work from concept to final execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brand Identity & Consistency: Develop, evolve, and safeguard the brand’s visual identity, ensuring a high level of consistency and excellence across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Digital & Performance Design: Create compelling visual assets for social media, email marketing campaigns, website banners, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
• Physical & Merchandise Design: Design print-ready solutions for packaging, merchandising materials, apparel, and other brand-related assets.
• Motion & 3D Design: Produce motion graphics, animations, and high-quality 3D product visuals and renders.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all creative outputs align with business and brand objectives.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on multidisciplinary design experience in an agency or in-house environment;
• Portfolio (Mandatory): Strong and versatile portfolio showcasing expertise across print and packaging design, digital assets, motion graphics, and 3D visual content;
• Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
• Motion Design: Intermediate proficiency in After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for animation, motion graphics, and video editing;
• 3D Design: Practical experience with tools such as Blender, Adobe Dimension, or Adobe Substance for product rendering, modelling, and creating mockups;
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken;
• Profile: Highly autonomous, adaptable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to producing high-quality creative work.
