Build Smart Academy, the 12-month paid trainee programme by JLL's Tétris division, is designed to nurture fresh talent in the commercial fit-out and construction industry. Trainees gain hands-on experience on real projects, mentored by experienced professionals and exposed to multidisciplinary teams in sustainability, design, construction, and workplace innovation.

Qualificações

• Recent graduates or master's students in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Proactive, dynamic and solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of construction and fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with design, budgeting and construction management teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Review project documentation and identify potential risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Participate in project meetings with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality standards and timelines.
• Contribute to sustainability and innovation initiatives across projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation to support decision‑making processes
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards and project requirements
