Vodafone is seeking a Demand and Governance Specialist in Porto to drive network demand through the Demand Front Door, ensuring proper assessment, prioritisation, validation and delivery transition.

You will collaborate with business, technical, and commercial teams to ensure alignment, feasibility and governance compliance, while promoting data integrity and AI-driven improvements across the function.

Qualificações

• Degree in a technical or business field with strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience delivering feasibility studies or business cases across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong data integrity and governance understanding.
• Desirable certifications: SAFe, Agile, Lean, ITIL, Project Management and Process Improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and govern Network demand through the Demand Front Door, ensuring requests are assessed, prioritised, validated, and transitioned into delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, commercial functions, and governance bodies.
• Ensure strategic alignment, technical feasibility, commercial viability, and compliance with governance standards and processes.
• Drive demand quality, data integrity, and adoption of harmonised Demand Management practices across the organisation.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support decision-making and demand prioritization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and evolution of Demand Management and governance frameworks.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven capabilities to enhance automation, efficiency, and governance.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen governance and business value.
