Vodafone is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager in the Information Protection domain to lead the delivery of data governance solutions and secure telco infrastructure. You will design, implement, and optimize governance processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and enterprise data management alignment.

The role requires strong Agile leadership, SAFe experience, and a proven ability to coordinate multiple projects across teams. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in a related field.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects across multiple teams.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage backlogs and progress.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe/agile delivery practices and PI planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead agile delivery activities across operational and delivery teams within the Information Protection domain.
• Enable efficient and high-quality delivery of tools and automation supporting Vodafone’s Cyber Prevent operations.
• Coordinate day-to-day Agile ceremonies and activities, ensuring smooth team collaboration and execution.
• Support and promote Scrum and SAFe practices across teams; identify and remove delivery impediments to maintain momentum.
• Track, monitor, and report delivery progress against objectives and milestones.
• Facilitate successful sprint and release outcomes, ensuring consistency and predictability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and delivery expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile ways of working and team effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment empowering teams to perform at their best.
• Coach and support teams in adopting Agile principles and mindset.
• Ensure transparency of delivery status, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders
