Cloudflare is seeking a GTM Engineer to bridge complex tech and fast sales execution. You will design and ship AI-powered apps that scale our sales, marketing, and support functions, while balancing low-code and bespoke solutions. You’ll own end-to-end AI workflows and integrate third‑party APIs across critical systems.

You’ll apply judgment to build in familiar tools and plan for future architecture. Strong focus on systems thinking and action bias is expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering or technical RevOps at a fast-growing AI-native B2B company.
• Direct experience with Salesforce data model and changes.
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and actively building with them.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.

About the role

Cloudflare One is one of the fastest-growing segments of our business. To maintain this velocity, we need a GTM Engineer who can bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-velocity sales execution. In this role, you'll design, build, and ship AI-powered applications that scale our sales, marketing, and support functions as a competitive advantage.

You apply judgement and taste to design systems that make reps’ lives easier. You know when to build in the tools they already use every day and when to build something custom. You think two to three steps ahead on how the thing you’re building today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something that low‑code tooling simply can’t.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the data foundation our Deal Desk org runs on, spanning account and contact data quality and enrichment workflows across our stack
• Ship deal desk productivity workflows fast: triage asks from the team, identify the low‑hanging fruit, and build it, biasing for shipping small + fast and iterating vs designing the perfect solution
• Know when to go custom: not everything belongs in a point‑and‑click tool. You’re comfortable spinning up bespoke AI‑powered solutions when the problem calls for it, and you make that call with judgment, not default
• Think in systems, not solutions: every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications. You anticipate them, design for them, and don’t create technical debt that someone else has to unwind six months later
• Integrate third‑party APIs to sync events and information across disparate systems, ensuring data flows reliably between the tools your team depends on every day
• Document what you build. If people can’t find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn’t matter how well it works

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, ideally at a high‑growth, AI‑native B2B company
• Direct experience with Salesforce. You know the data model, you’ve built on it, and you’re comfortable owning changes
• Fluency with AI coding assistants – you’re actively building with these tools, not just experimenting with them
• A track record of owning end‑to‑end AI and automation workflows, not just contributing to or consuming them
• A fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks to integrate third‑party systems
• Strong judgment on the build decision: you know when low‑code gets you 80% of the way there and when it becomes the bottleneck, and you act accordingly
• Systems thinker: you naturally break problems into composable parts, building solutions with separation of concerns so they’re reusable, extensible, and easy to maintain
• High agency + bias for action: you’re not paralyzed by ambiguity or imperfect tooling. You know how to experiment, build fast, and clean up as you go

Compensation

For Portugal‑based hires: Estimated annual salary is between €54,000 – €68,000. The final offer will be inclusive of time exemption, in alignment with the applicable law and collective bargaining agreements.

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
