Caixa Mágica Software in Lisbon seeks a Business Analyst for the Datawarehouse department handling financial data and reporting for a major EU bank. You will liaison between departments, coordinate data production, manage test plans, and support end-users.

The ideal candidate has a business/IT background, strong SQL and Power BI skills, familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide, JIRA, and Agile methods, and proficiency in English (C1). Banking experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Mandatory experience as business/functional analyst (administration & support).
• Mandatory experience in test plan definition, execution and validation.
• Proficiency in SQL required.
• Proficiency in Power BI required.
• Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide a plus.
• Knowledge of JIRA a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Previous banking experience a plus.
• English proficiency at C1 required.
• French proficiency a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as interlocutor between all departments.
• Administration & support.
• Coordinate closing calendar.
• Monitor and control data production.
• First-level end-user support; documentation management.
• Perform operational permanent controls.
• Project management.
• Support team on project management tasks.
• Define, execute, and validate test plans.
• Manage documentation (validation statements, release notes, data model, etc.).
