Claranet limited is seeking a Data Validation & Reconciliation Engineer for a hybrid role based in Portugal (Alfragide/Viseu). You will drive migration of mission-critical systems and ensure data integrity across environments.

You will work with DB2 and MongoDB, implementing shadow/run and parallel-run strategies, ETL migrations, and automation to improve migration observability and reliability on client projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data migration or validation roles.
• Relevant experience in migration projects within financial services or payments environments.
• Experience with DB2, MongoDB, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with shadow run, parallel run, or system coexistence (if applicable).
• Availability to start the project and proposed allocation model.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate mission-critical, high-availability systems.
• Ensure data validation and reconciliation across legacy and target environments.
• Manage temporary coexistence of legacy and target systems during migration.
• Apply shadow mode, reverse shadow, dual-run, or parallel-run migration strategies.
• Support progressive rollout strategies for migration projects.
• Utilize ETL-enabled migrations or equivalent frameworks.
• Automate and observe migration processes for reliability.
