Claranet Portugal is seeking a Data Validation & Reconciliation Engineer for a client on our Talent Team. You will work on migrating mission-critical systems and ensuring seamless coexistence of legacy and target environments during migration.

The role requires 5+ years in migration projects, with DB2 or MongoDB experience, and a focus on automation and observability of migration processes. Availability to start the project is required.

Your responsibilities include:

• Migration of mission-critical, high-availability, and high-transaction systems;
• Experience in financial services or payment processing environments;
• Temporary coexistence of legacy and target systems during migration;
• Hands-on experience with shadow mode, reverse shadow, dual-run, or parallel-run migration strategies;
• Experience with progressive rollout strategies;
• ETL-supported migrations or equivalent data migration frameworks;
• Automation and observability of migration processes.

You must have:

• 5+ years of experience
• Relevant experience in migration projects;
• Specific experience with DB2, MongoDB, and/or equivalent technologies;
• Experience with shadow run, parallel run, or system coexistence (if applicable);
• Availability to start the project;
• Proposed allocation model.
