Teleperformance Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an Analyst to help implement and operate an enterprise data governance framework. You will define ownership, enrich data catalogs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliant usage of critical assets.

The role involves coordinating data definitions, governance rules, and reporting requirements while delivering training and guidance to teams across the organization.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Data Governance or related fields.
• Strong metadata, data quality and ownership knowledge.
• Experience with Purview/Azure Purview/Unity Catalog.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Nice to have GDPR/HIPAA knowledge and related certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain data ownership, stewardship, business terms and usage rules.
• Maintain enterprise data catalog and glossaries with metadata, classifications, lineage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality expectations and remediation processes.
• Monitor data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis and track actions.
• Lead workshops to align definitions and reporting requirements.
• Create guidance and training materials to support stewardship adoption.
