Decskill is seeking a Data Scientist & Fullstack Data Engineer to join our growing analytics team in Lisbon. You will develop and operate data analytics applications on a cloud-based platform (AWS), using Python and SQL to build end-to-end features, PoCs, and production-ready solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.

Ideal candidates have up to 5 years of experience, a degree in software/computer engineering, strong English, and a passion for data science, data engineering, and delivering

Qualificações

• 5 years of professional experience in the role to be contracted
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and processing
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience deploying and operating applications in production environments
• Model deployment to production environments and lifecycle management
• Interest in Data Science and knowledge of Git
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, JIRA and Confluence
• Fluent English is mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end features on a cloud-based Big Data platform (AWS)
• Participate in architecture discussions to define data flows
• Develop PoCs to validate approaches
• Develop production-ready solutions and perform testing
• Deploy solutions across development, QA and production environments
• Monitor operation and perform debugging and maintenance
• Document features, solutions and processes
• Provide support with data extraction and exploratory analysis
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve problems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data solutions
