You will be:

• working with data scientists, analysts, engineers and product management to implement enhancements, develop new features and translate business requirements into our data science and analytics initiatives,
• delivering on a wide spectrum of data-related tasks, ranging from reporting and analytics requests to the implementation and analysis of machine learning models,
• developing good quality code that is easily scalable and automated,
• working alongside engineers to ensure seamless integration of your work with tools that are live in a production environment.

Your profile:

• ready to start up to 4 weeks,
• 4+ years’ experience in developing data science and analytics solutions in a business setting,
• experience with regression, linear/non-linear optimization, classification and segmentation problems,
• proficiency working with Spark,
• solid analytical skills, with the ability to derive conclusions and questions from data patterns,
• proficiency with Git and GitHub,
• familiarity with Google Cloud (GCP),
• understanding of basic software engineering best practices to write reusable code that can easily be put into production,
• team player, always willing to support your colleagues to the best of your ability,
• proactive mindset towards problem-solving, a “can-do” attitude is expected,
• strong written and verbal English communication skills and proficiency in communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work from EU and a work permit to work from EU are required.

Nice to have:

• Docker and orchestration tools is a plus,
• experience using visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
