Cleo is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead measurement, monitoring and optimisation of credit performance. You will own risk metric frameworks, diagnose portfolio trends, and lead a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver actionable insights.

You will collaborate with Credit Policy, Decision Science, Product and Finance to drive policy changes and ensure healthy portfolio performance. This is a hands-on leadership role at Cleo's Risk & Payments pillar.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills with SQL and Python.
• Experience leading data science teams and delivering measurable impact.
• Experience designing and evaluating large-scale experiments.
