### Data Quality Enigneer (M/F) - LisbonSysmatch is an IT Consultancy and Outsourcing Company with a wide range of technological skills, resulting from the accumulation of know-how and the experience of our consultants, allowing the implementation of solutions adapted to the needs of our clients, privileging their robustness and scalability.More than two decades in the IT market, we present ourselves as a flexible, adaptable, innovative and forward-looking Company.At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:Data Quality Enigneer (M/F) - LisbonWe are looking for a Data Quality Engineer to ensure the reliability, accuracy and usability of our clients' data.The candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing and optimising data quality strategies, tools and processes to ensure that the data aligns with the needs of the business and supports decision-making.The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset, working as a trusted partner to both business and data teams.Key responsibilities:• Collaborate with business and data stakeholders.• Partner closely with business users, Data Owners, and Data Stewards to understand data quality requirements and translate complex, unstructured needs into actionable metrics, rules, and processes.• Define data quality metrics: develop and implement data quality frameworks, including metrics such as completeness, conformity, consistency, integrity, and timeliness.• Monitor and improve data quality: design and maintain automated processes to detect, monitor, and resolve data quality issues proactively, ensuring continuous improvement.• Leverage data quality and AI tools: support the implementation and effective use of data quality tools, incorporating AI and ML techniques where appropriate to enhance data validation and monitoring.• Maintain and govern data quality rules: define, document, and manage data quality rules across domains, ensuring they are properly catalogued and maintained in the corporate data catalogue.• Deliver workshops and training: facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote data quality best practices, tools, and processes across teams.• Analyze and resolve complex data issues: identify the root causes of data quality problems, propose technical and organizational solutions, and validate implementations against defined standards.• Support the execution of the data quality strategy.• Contribute to the development of robust data workflows, including data enrichment and integration, aligned with organizational objectives.• Work in cross-functional teams.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align data quality initiatives with strategic goals and organizational milestones.• Promote a data quality culture: act as an advocate for data quality, fostering awareness and adoption of best practices across the organization.Required Skills & Experience• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data quality or related roles• process automation and real-time monitoring dashboards.• Strong hands-on experience in data quality management, including, Data quality control automation, Monitoring and alerting frameworks and Data validation and governance processes• Data visualization and BI tools: Power BI, Plotly, Similar platforms and Experience building real-time monitoring dashboards• Programming skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL and Experience of implementing data quality rules and automationCompetencieso Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholderso Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured and proactive approacho Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities independentlyo Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindseto Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills in cross-functional environmentsWhat we offer:- A dynamic project in a well-regarded client at an international level;- Salary classification according to the experience shown;- Career development with intervention in ambitious and innovative technological projects;- Good working environment with young and dynamic teams;- Personalized follow-up to each consultant;- Integration into Sysmatch staff with access to all company activities;- You will be part of our trainings and Team Building events;- A network of hundreds of partnerships with companies in countless sectors that offer you exclusive discounts (health, wellness, travel, gastronomy, culture, leisure, training, etc).Salary Range:30.000€ – 35.000Recruitment, selection and integration process:The first contacts will be made by phone call or video call.We are prepared to ensure the monitoring and integration of new employees and support them in this new phase of their professional career.To respond to this opportunity, please send us your CV, indicating the reference EA/DQE/D to the following email address emprego@sysmatch.com
