DOJO AI is building a next-generation AI-driven data platform. We’re seeking a Data Platform Engineer to own end-to-end data pipelines, ensure data quality, and enable rapid AI feature iteration. You’ll work closely with founders and engineers to shape the data layer that powers our agents and insights.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience building and operating production data infrastructure.
• Familiar with data mesh, data vault, data quality and governance.
• Proficient in Python and modern data tooling.
• Experience with AI data pipelines is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data platform end-to-end from ingestion to delivery at scale.
• Build and maintain a graph-based semantic layer for unstructured signals.
• Enforce data quality standards and monitoring across pipelines.
• Collaborate with founders, AI engineers and product teams.
• Keep data fresh and enabling rapid iteration for features.
• Help shape engineering culture and drive architectural decisions.
