Qualificações

• Bachelor degree required in a life sciences or data-focused field.
• Strong experience in clinical research, feasibility, or clinical operations.
• Experience with healthcare datasets and BI reporting.
• Ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources.
• Experience building reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collects, validates, and maintains data from internal and external sources to support feasibility and operational activities.
• Analyzes clinical trial and site data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholder decision-making.
• Supports feasibility assessments with data summaries and insights on site performance and recruitment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver timely analyses.
• Performs data quality reviews and resolves inconsistencies and gaps.
• Identifies opportunities to improve data collection, reporting, and analytical processes.
• Supports evaluation and integration of new data sources and tools.
• Maintains documentation on data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
• Develops and updates reporting templates and analytical tools for efficiency.
• Provides ad hoc analyses and reports in support of priorities.
• Monitors key metrics and communicates findings to stakeholders.
• Supports process improvement initiatives using data to drive efficiencies.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and data governance.
