Fyld is seeking an experienced Data Governance Specialist to strengthen data quality, governance and compliance across client projects in Portugal. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to implement governance frameworks and promote a data-driven culture with privacy compliance.

The role offers exposure to leading data platforms and opportunities for growth within a transparent, respectful team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Experience implementing Data Governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, data lineage and data cataloguing concepts.
• Experience with Data Governance platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, Alation or similar.
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Stewardship principles.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and governance standards, including GDPR.
• Experience defining data ownership, business glossaries and data lifecycle processes.
• Fluency in English.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics or related fields
• Experience implementing Data Governance frameworks, policies and best practices
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, data lineage and data cataloguing concepts
• Experience with Data Governance platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, Alation or similar
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Stewardship principles
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and governance standards, including GDPR
• Experience defining data ownership, business glossaries and data lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts is valued
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to promote a data-driven culture
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications in Data Governance or cloud platforms are a plus
• Fluency in English
