CELUS is hiring a Data Engineer (F/M/D) to build reliable, scalable data pipelines and ingestion processes that impact our product and analytics initiatives. You will work with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and dbt to deliver trusted datasets and support cross-functional data needs.

You will collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders, optimize pipelines, and mentor colleagues as part of a data-driven culture. Hybrid work, health benefits, and relocation support are available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building ETL and data ingestion pipelines.
• Strong experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python (PySpark).
• Experience with Snowplow for event tracking and analytics data collection; dbt is advantageous.
• Exposure to PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DuckDB.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; mentoring is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/data ingestion pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.
• Configure and support Snowplow event tracking and data collection for analytics.
• Develop data transformations using SQL and dbt to deliver trusted datasets.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to understand data requirements and integrations.
• Monitor pipeline performance and share best practices while mentoring colleagues.
