A consulting company in Lisbon is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data platforms. You will work with cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform, and utilize various Big Data technologies. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and scalability. Qualificações

• Experience with cloud platforms for data engineering, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Flink, and Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools (e.g., Kafka, Talend).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and data processing architectures.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud data services such as AWS S3 and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience using version control systems, particularly Git.

What you’ll do:

Who you are:

• Hands‑on experience withBig Data technologies, such as:Spark, Flink, Kafka, Kafka Streams & Connect,Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Flume, Impala,Elasticsearch, Druid;
• Strong knowledge ofdata modeling and database design principles;
• Experience withdata integration and ETL tools(e.g., Apache Kafka, Talend);
• Solid understanding ofdistributed systems and data processing architectures;
• StrongSQL skillsand experience withrelational and NoSQL databases;
• Familiarity with cloud data services such asAWS S3andAzure Data Factory;
• Experience usingversion control systems, particularlyGit.
