Match Profiler is expanding its DATA ENGINEERING team in Porto with a Data Engineer DBT who will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, modeling data, and delivering insightful analytics in a hybrid Porto setting.

You will work with dbt Core, SQL and Python to develop scalable data solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating in English. Experience with Dataiku and Power BI is a plus, and cloud exposure is welcome.

Qualificações

• 3-4 years of experience in Data Engineering or related role.
• Hands-on experience with dbt Core, CLI-based development and version control.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong SQL and experience with analytics databases or data warehouses.
• Intermediate knowledge of data modeling concepts (e.g. star schema, medallion architecture).
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts applied to data pipelines.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Python for data processing and/or orchestration tasks.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
