Improve International is seeking a data-enabled BI professional to advance our data maturity. You will steward our data warehouse, ensure data accuracy, and support external analytics through robust ETL pipelines and trusted datasets.

You'll develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, collaborate with the IT team and Commercial Finance, and pursue training or certifications aligned with business goals. A strong data-centric mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• Strong SQL skills with ability to interpret complex data structures.
• Experience with data warehouses, preferably BigQuery.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
• Proven ability to design and manage ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python for data extraction and transformation tasks.
• Experience with dbt or similar data modelling tools.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Airflow).
• Version control using Git.

Responsabilidades

• Own data warehouse governance and improve data maturity across the business.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure accurate, clean data for reporting.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards in Power BI for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into data solutions.
• troubleshoot data quality issues and support data-related inquiries across departments.
• Document data models, ETL processes, and data lineage for transparency.
