KCS IT in Porto is seeking a Data Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, develop ETL processes, and work with big data technologies to enable data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in CS or a related field, strong Python/Java/Scala skills, SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka in a cloud environment. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala; strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge.

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Expertise on end-to-end Data Pipeline Development and ETL processes;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala;
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Databricks, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Kafka;
• Good Knowledge with cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP);
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Availability for a hybrid regime at Porto or Lisbon (Portugal);
