KCS IT, based in Lisbon, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a hybrid role. You will design and implement data pipelines, build data warehouses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across client projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, with hands-on experience in Python, ETL/ELT, cloud platforms, and Big Data technologies. Join our diverse, merit-driven team in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, dbt, Talend).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of data modelling, data lakes, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
