CTS Group is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive EHS programs across our projects in Porto. You will ensure regulatory compliance, conduct site audits, and drive risk-based improvements in design, construction, and facilities management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in health and safety coordination, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE programs.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Support emergency planning and drills.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to promote safety.
• Track HSE performance and report metrics.
