Grupo CME is seeking an experienced OFCI Package Manager for a large-scale Data Centre project in Sines, Portugal. The role coordinates Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed equipment across design, procurement, logistics, installation and commissioning activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/MEP engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP construction or project delivery.
• Experience with Data Centre, mission-critical projects or complex infrastructure.
• Coordinate client teams, vendors, package suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, negotiation and risk-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance and coordination of OFCI packages among client, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of OFCI packages through planning, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and handover.
• Align Engineering, Planning, Construction, Procurement, Logistics and Commissioning to program objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings and progress reviews with transparency on actions.
• Monitor package performance and implement mitigations for cost, quality, safety or schedule.
• Ensure equipment management processes meet project specs and client expectations.
