Fyld is hiring a Data Architect to design and implement scalable data solutions for client projects. You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data architectures.

Expected to work with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data modelling, and modern data tooling, ensuring governance and scalable, standards-based solutions. Fluency in English is required and opportunities for certification are provided.

Qualificações

• Degree in CS, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience designing modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of data modelling (conceptual, logical and physical).
• Experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and Lakehouse architectures.
• Familiar with Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and distributed data architectures.
• Understanding of data governance and standards.
• Fluency in English.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
• Proven experience designing and implementing modern data architectures
• Strong knowledge of data modelling techniques (conceptual, logical and physical)
• Experience designing Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and Lakehouse architectures
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with modern data technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift or BigQuery
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration and distributed data architectures
• Experience defining data standards, governance principles and architecture best practices
• Knowledge of SQL, Python and Apache Spark is valued
• Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are a plus
• Fluency in English
