Match Profiler, an Information Systems consultancy with 25+ years of experience, seeks a Data and AI Enablement and Implementation specialist in Lisbon with a flexible hybrid work model. You will work on Python-based data processing, Snowflake/dbt, and AI tooling to deliver enterprise AI use cases, including RAG and tool calling.

Fluency in English, strong communication, and proactive teamwork are essential for success.

• Experience with Python for data processing and AI implementation.
• Hands-on Snowflake and dbt experience, including semantic views, ontology and YAML.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Gemini Enterprise.
• Technical-first profile with lightweight project management skills for AI use case delivery.

What we are looking for

• Experience with Python for data processing and AI implementation
• Hands-on Snowflake and dbt experience, including semantic views, ontology and YAML
• Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Gemini Enterprise
• Technical-first profile with lightweight project management skills for AI use case delivery
• Deep dive knowledge of AI agents and tool calling mechanisms
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of developer productivity tools such as Claude Code
• Experience bridging technical AI platforms with specific business requirements
• Fluency in English
• Good communication
