Natixis in Portugal is seeking a versatile Data Analyst / Data Engineer to bridge business needs and data engineering. You will understand data structures, write technical specifications for data engineers, design reporting solutions in Power BI, and help develop ETL flows.

The role combines analytics with data pipeline work, requiring strong SQL, data modeling, and familiarity with ETL tools. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (CS, Data Science, Statistics, Finance).
• 3+ years in a similar role with focus on analysis and ETL development.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, joins and optimization.
• Strong data warehouse concepts (Kimball) and data governance.
• Direct experience with Stambia is a major asset; willingness to adapt to Stambia.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into data models and technical specs for the Data Engineering team.
• Design, structure, and maintain robust data models (star/snowflake) optimized for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation of data definitions (lineage and data dictionary).
• Design, build, test, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to load data into the data warehouse.
• Develop ETL processes using Stambia and other market-standard tools as applicable.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with DAX and Power Query/M.
