Job Description

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis and business operations, with hands‑on experience in MS Access, Power BI, and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis and/or business operations, ideally supporting complex deals or large‑scale projects.
  • Proven proficiency in MS Access and Power BI for effective data management, reporting, and visualization.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing automation solutions (e.g., macros, workflow tools, or scripts) to optimize and streamline daily operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with end‑to‑end deal lifecycle processes, including ordering, booking, fulfilment, and invoicing, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to organize, maintain, and document data repositories and operational processes effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally in dynamic environments.
