Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Data & AI, including 3+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Solid expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning and/or Generative AI.
• Ability to technically assess Data Scientists and AI Engineers during interviews.
• Strong business acumen with experience in client engagement and proposal design.
• Background in at least one Capgemini Engineering vertical.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new opportunities in Data & AI across local and international markets.
• Lead technical interviews for Data Scientists and AI Engineers.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with account executives to grow existing client relationships.
