Overview

Danish speaker (C1) customer advisor - full remote - Portugal

Job Opportunity: Danish-Speaking Customer Support Advisors Remote from Portugal (with Relocation). Start Date: 5 June. Location: Portugal (Remote with full relocation support). Relocation Package: Included (flight + accommodation support).

This is a priority project with limited spots.

About the Role

As part of the customer support team, you will provide simple inbound assistance to drivers in need of roadside support. No sales involved just clear and empathetic communication over the phone. You’ll handle incoming calls, provide calm and helpful responses in emergency situations, and coordinate basic support.
