What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide first-class phone, email, and chat support to Apple’s small and medium‑sized business clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiency
  • Work in a dynamic and international environment alongside passionate and supportive colleagues

What We’re Looking For
  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Logical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Valid high school diploma and a clean criminal record

Salary & Benefits
