Bel Portugal S.A. is recruiting a Farmers Development Specialist for its Ribeira Grande factory in the Azores.

The role focuses on improving dairy production by supporting farmers with specialised technical guidance, promoting animal welfare, milk quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will hold a Veterinary Medicine degree, have experience in health and management of dairy herds, know animal welfare, and be proficient with Excel.

Qualificações

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Experience in health and management of dairy herds.
• Knowledge of animal welfare.
• Good communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Experience in providing technical support to farmers in the field.
• Solid knowledge of computer systems (Excel is essential).
• Technical English (basic or intermediate level).
• Driving licence.
