Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a D2C E-Commerce Specialist to act as the primary eCommerce partner for market Digital & eCommerce. You will update and maintain an attractive D2C offer and ensure high-quality information across Nestlé's e-commerce sites.

You will support content management, promotions and product updates while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive growth and improve user experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a digital technology related field.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and content management.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English, with attention to detail.
• Experience in QA/testing and optimizing web content.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and UX basics.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead webmastering activities for brand marketing sites, D2C webshop and apps.
• Manage content updates, promotions and product details across markets.
• Document processes clearly and maintain support models.
• Test functionality and ensure site quality and performance.
• Apply SEO recommendations to improve visibility and traffic.
• Monitor KPIs and present actionable insights to the business.
