BNP Paribas Cardif in Lisbon or Porto seeks a Cybersecurity Project Manager to oversee a range of security projects from concept to implementation.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations and Development teams, applying project management best practices in a multilingual, agile environment; strong communication is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience in professional cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience as a project manager.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical background in cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network security...).
• Experience in a high-level collaborative environment and teamwork.
• Understanding of PM processes, strategies and methods.
• Strong sense of personal accountability in decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (B2 Intermediate French – mandatory).
• B2 Intermediate English or Portuguese – helpful.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and resilient.

Become our new Cybersecurity Project Manager – All genders – based in Lisbon or Porto.

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be working closely with multiple teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development teams, ...) to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN COE IT TRANSVERSAL TEAM

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Perform risk management on your project(s) to identify risks, raise awareness to stakeholders and come up with a mitigation plan.

As Our Junior It Analyst, You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in professional cybersecurity engineering.
• Experience as a project manager.
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical background, with good understanding or hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network security...).
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (B2 Intermediate French – mandatory).
• B2 Intermediate English or Portuguese – good plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomous, proactivity and resilience.
