HN Services Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Control Officer to join its international Cyber Program team across Lisboa/Porto. The role focuses on delivering a global cybersecurity strategy through governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Candidate will monitor program delivery, validate evidence, and drive improvements using Power Platform and AI-enabled use cases, collaborating with IT, risk, compliance, and project management teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Cyber Risk, Information Security, IT Risk, Technology Risk, or Cyber Program Management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, controls, and risk management principles.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and monitor cybersecurity program delivery, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation plans are effectively managed.
• Coordinate governance activities, including steering committees, executive reporting, meeting preparation, minutes, and action tracking.
• Challenge and validate cybersecurity compliance evidence provided by project teams.
• Partner with cybersecurity, IT, risk, compliance, and project management teams to ensure alignment with cybersecurity requirements.
• Perform maturity assessments and support cybersecurity framework compliance initiatives.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise executive-level communications.
• Identify opportunities to automate operational processes, reporting, evidence collection, and governance activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity program management by leveraging Power Platform solutions and AI-enabled use cases.
• Cybersecurity governance and maturity assessment methodologies

• SharePoint administration and data management
