The Cybersecurity Expert will design, implement, and maintain robust protections while monitoring systems and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, incident response readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance security maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in network security concepts, protocols, and tools is required.
• Ability to conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Experience with incident response tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication to explain security concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, CISM are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure network architectures, systems and applications to mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement incident response plans for breaches and cyber-attacks.
• Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities with cyber intelligence providers and assess risks.
• Conduct security audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and propose improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
• Provide training and awareness programs on cybersecurity best practices.
