Decskill is seeking a Cyber Governance Officer to ensure the entity complies with cybersecurity regulations and internal policies across IT and security domains.

You will define IT security policies, monitor cyber controls, report conformity to top management, and raise awareness among employees. A minimum of five years in cybersecurity with ISO27001/NIST knowledge and fluent English are required.

Qualificações

• Regulatory standards knowledge; translate into internal policies
• Regulatory knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulators framework
• Ability to verify operations and ensure procedures are followed
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements
• Ability to challenge, approve and decide on new activities/projects
• Global knowledge of IT, its major processes and assets/solutions
• Ability to understand business needs in relation to IT governance
• Minimum five years in cybersecurity
• Knowledge of ISO27001 & NIST standards
• Experience in strategy and governance is a plus
• ISO 27001 lead auditor/lead implementor certification
• Knowledge of NIST framework
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Macro, PowerPoint
• Fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Ensure conformity with cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (ISO, NIST, DORA...)
• Ensure conformity with internal cyber policies and processes
• Define IT security policies within scope
• Monitor formalization of cyber controls
• Follow ongoing entity conformity actions
• Report entity conformity level to top management
• Raise awareness among employees on security practices and conformity rules
