Axians Portugal is seeking a CyberProgram Analyst to support and assess cybersecurity maturity across international entities, ensuring compliance with Group Cyber Security standards, IT risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements. You will drive cyber resilience, evaluate security controls, and contribute to governance across the organization.

Daily you will deploy the maturity evaluation, help entities gather evidences, align submissions with cross-entity assessments, and communicate changes.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of IT Continuity and Backup Management incl. DORA requirements.
• Understanding of Cryptography concepts incl. key and certificate management.
• Knowledge of Network Security principles incl. micro-segmentation and architecture hardening.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or equivalent.
• General understanding of IT, Cybersecurity processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge and awareness of IT Risk Management.
• Strong analytical and assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy the maturity evaluation process across entities within your scope.
• Assist entities in understanding requirements and delivering evidences.
• Evaluate submissions for coherence with other entities’ assessments.
• Communicate changes impacting entities and ensure alignment.
• Facilitate the relationship between Group IT providers and entities.
• Document assessment results in line with governance reporting.
• Develop internal projects to enhance the Cyber Program evaluation process.
