Job summary

A Clan está à procura de um Cybersecurity Manager experiente para liderar projetos de consultoria de cibersegurança num hub internacional. O papel envolve orientar equipas técnicas, gerir entregas de ponta a ponta e atuar como parceiro de c-level para impulsionar soluções seguras a nível global.

Requer 6+ anos em Cybersecurity, incluindo 3+ em consultoria ou delivery, com domínio de Português e Inglês. O modelo de trabalho é híbrido com viagens internacionais ocasionais.

Qualifications

• Experiência de 6+ anos em Cybersecurity, com pelo menos 3 anos em consultoria, liderança ou delivery management.
• Domínio técnico/funcional em pelo menos um domínio central de Cyber (IAM, GRC, SOC, Incident Management ou Cloud Security).
• Proficiência profissional em Português e Inglês (escrita e fala).
• Comprovada gestão de delivery end-to-end (orçamentos, prazos, entregáveis) e atividades de pré-venda.
• Capacidade de liderar, alocar recursos e orientar equipas multidisciplinares.
• Excelente comunicação com clientes em nível executivo.

Responsibilities

• Liderar projetos de consultoria de ciberseguranca, fornecendo orientação estratégica a clientes.
• Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de cibersegurança, identificando riscos e mitigando vulnerabilidades.
• Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares para entregar soluções integradas de segurança.
• Fornecer aconselhamento sobre conformidade regulatória e padrões de segurança aplicáveis.
• Supervisionar e mentorar membros mais juniores da equipa.
• Contribuir ativamente para atividades de venda técnica e planeamento de entrega.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Cybersecurity Manager to join an international Tech Hub. In this pivotal advisory role, you will lead complex consulting engagements, orchestrate end-to-end service delivery, and mentor high-performing technical teams. Acting as a trusted partner to C-level stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between strategic cyber risk advisory, business development, and operational excellence—delivering innovative, resilient security solutions from Portugal to the world.

O que terás de fazer

• - To lead and manage cybersecurity consulting projects, providing strategic guidance to clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• - To develop and implement cybersecurity strategies for clients, identifying risks and vulnerabilities, and proposing corrective measures.
• - To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer integrated solutions that address clients' cybersecurity challenges.
• - To provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and security standards, ensuring that clients meet legal and industry requirements.
• - To supervise and mentor more junior team members, offering support and professional development.
• - To contribute actively to sales and pre-sales activities (proposals, estimations, and delivery planning).

O que deves garantir

• - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• - Professional Experience: 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in consulting, leadership, or delivery management roles.
• - Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• - Solid technical/functional background in at least one core Cyber domain (IAM, GRC, SOC, Incident Management, or Cloud Security).
• - Proven track record in end-to-end delivery management (budget, timelines, deliverables) and pre‑sales/business development activities.
• - Demonstrated ability to lead, resource-allocate, and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams.
• - Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships.
• - Hybrid work model and willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
