Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled Customs & Logistics Specialist to manage import/export and transit operations across Romania, Ukraine and Bulgaria. You will coordinate with brokers, ensure regulatory compliance, and support project execution while engaging with global teams.

The role requires 3+ years in customs/logistics, fluency in English plus Ukrainian/Russian, and strong communication and ERP/MS Office skills. Hybrid work arrangements and international projects await.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Experience with brokers/forwarding firms or industrial projects.
• Understanding of EU-East regulations and trade terminology.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian or Russian; Romanian a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ERP and MS Office proficiency.

YOUR ROLE

Support customs and transport operations across Romania, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. Coordinate with customs brokers and local teams, manage import/export and transit procedures, review customs documentation, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. Provide operational support during project execution and facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and authorities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs, transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and trade compliance.
• Experience working with customs brokers, forwarding companies, or industrial projects.
• Understanding of EU-East customs regulations and international trade terminology.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian (Romanian is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Able to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
