Neo Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Portuguese speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional service and support to our Portuguese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with crypto is a big plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in shifts – Morning, Afternoon, Night; 5 days a week including weekends.
