Job Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in Dutch and English to join our dynamic support team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our Dutch- and English-speaking users by handling inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone in both Dutch and English.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, clear, and timely solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate assistance.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure follow-up.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the support ticketing system.
  • Maintain service-level targets and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
  • Support the development and translation of help center content and FAQs as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Dutch C2 or native-level and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a customer support, help desk, or call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital services environment.
  • Familiarity with support KPIs and customer experience metrics.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
