Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers
